1. Subscription Payments

All subscription payments for HelloDeskHub services — including AI receptionist, call handling, messaging, and automation tools — are billed monthly in advance.

Because service access begins immediately upon payment, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee (First 7 Days)

If you are a new customer and are not satisfied with the service within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund of your first month’s subscription.

To qualify:

  • You must be a first-time customer

  • You must request the refund within 7 days of your initial payment

  • You must provide a reason for cancellation so we can improve our service

Refund requests after the initial 7-day period will not be eligible.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle

  • No partial-month refunds are issued for unused time

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately.
We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge was incorrect.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Monthly subscription fees after the 7-day window

  • Add-on services that were delivered (e.g., custom scripts, setup assistance)

  • AI usage charges on Pay-Per-Use plans

  • Third-party fees (e.g., messaging, telecom costs from integrated providers)
